Description
The Samsung S85F is a 2025 OLED television offered at a supersized 83-inch screen size, using self-illuminating pixels to produce per-pixel black levels and wide viewing angles. Samsung's NQ4 AI Gen2 processor drives 4K AI upscaling, Real Depth Enhancer contrast processing and Auto HDR Remastering, with support for HDR10+ Adaptive and Gaming modes. Note: Samsung markets the S85F as an OLED model rather than a Crystal/LED panel; buyers should be aware the competitor listing this SKU was sourced from described it only as a generic '4K Ultra HD Smart TV', which undersells the OLED panel technology actually fitted. Motion is handled via Motion Xcelerator 120Hz, and the set supports FreeSync Premium and ALLM for connected consoles. Connectivity includes four 4K/120Hz-capable HDMI inputs, dual USB-A, Ethernet and Wi-Fi 5, running Samsung's Tizen smart platform with SmartThings integration, Samsung TV Plus and a solar-rechargeable SolarCell remote. Samsung commits to security updates through December 2030.
