Do you offer trade or education accounts?+
Yes — schools, colleges, sixth forms, universities and multi-academy trusts can apply for an education account with negotiated pricing and PO-based ordering. Business and corporate customers can get negotiated pricing too, but purchase order and credit terms are for education customers only.
Can I pay by purchase order?+
Purchase orders are for education customers only. Approved education accounts can enter a PO reference at checkout instead of paying by card, and invoices are issued against your PO with 30-day terms. Business, corporate and private orders are paid by card at checkout.
What are your delivery options?+
Standard (free over £100), Next Working Day, and Next Day before 12pm. See our Delivery & Returns page for full pricing and cut-off times.
Can I request a formal quote instead of ordering online?+
Yes — use "Request a Quote" on any product, or start a new quote from your account. Our team will review pricing for your organisation and respond with a formal quote you can accept online.
Do you install what you sell?+
Yes. Our in-house engineers offer installation, project management, maintenance, training and rack build services alongside every product line.
What's your returns policy?+
Unused items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Faulty items are covered under manufacturer warranty — see Delivery & Returns for details.
