Delivery options
2–3 working days
Order before 4pm for next-day dispatch
Order before 4pm, delivered by noon
UK mainland delivery only. Some large or made-to-order items may carry longer lead times, shown on the product page.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are covered under manufacturer warranty — contact our support team and we'll arrange a collection or replacement. Made-to-order and bespoke rack builds are non-returnable unless faulty.
Trade & education orders
Trade accounts follow the same delivery options above, as do education customers ordering against a purchase order. Purchase orders and credit terms are available to education customers only. Contact your account manager for consolidated deliveries across multiple sites.
