Description
The Sony FWD-65XR8M2 is the Mark II successor to the BRAVIA 8, moving to a QD-OLED panel that combines OLED's per-pixel contrast with a wider, brighter colour volume. A high-luminance panel and dedicated temperature sensor work with the XR Contrast Booster system so the display can push extra brightness in bright scenes without compromising OLED's deep, uniform blacks. The XR Processor's AI-based scene analysis governs colour, motion (via XR OLED Motion) and upscaling of sub-4K sources, while Acoustic Surface Audio+ with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X keeps sound anchored to the picture. A two-position stand and slim, frameless design make the FWD-65XR8M2 easy to integrate into reception areas, meeting rooms and premium signage installations, either free-standing or with a soundbar. As a Sony FWD commercial model, the FWD-65XR8M2 is supplied with 3 years of Sony PrimeSupport professional cover, including access to an integrator helpdesk and advanced exchange, extendable to 5 years.
