Description
The DLA-NZ7 was JVC's first D-ILA projector to combine a laser light source with 8K/e-shift and 8K/60p, 4K/120p input support, using three native 4K D-ILA devices and a 65mm all-glass lens. It produces 2,200 lumens from its BLU-Escent laser engine, with a native contrast ratio of 40,000:1 (400,000:1 dynamic) and a rated laser life of around 20,000 hours. HDR handling covers HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG via JVC's Frame Adapt HDR processing, and two 48Gbps HDMI inputs support high frame-rate 4K/120p signals for gaming as well as 8K/60p sources. The model remains listed as current on JVC's EU site alongside the newer NZ500/700/800/900 range, sold in parallel as JVC's original 8K/e-shift D-ILA generation. Note: 'NZ7BE' is JVC's EU/black-finish SKU suffix for this model, not a separate product from the base 'DLA-NZ7' listing — the two AVM SKUs for this projector have been consolidated into a single TopAV listing.
