Description
The Optoma ZU1100 is an 11,500-lumen WUXGA (1920x1200) DuraCore laser projector built for complex professional installations, offering built-in edge-blending and warping, 4K HDR compatibility, and an independently tested IP6X dust-resistance rating for 24/7 maintenance-free operation. As with all of Optoma's ZU1000-series ProScene installation projectors, the ZU1100 is sold as a body-only unit: Optoma's own specification confirms the lens is not included in the box, and buyers choose from seven interchangeable lens options (BX-CTA16, 17, 15, 01, 06, 03 and 13) spanning throw ratios from 0.36:1 ultra-short-throw up to 5.50:1, purchased separately according to the installation's throw distance. With 30,000 hours of laser light source life, a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and support for both portrait and 360-degree orientation, the ZU1100 is designed for demanding fixed-installation environments such as auditoria, museums, and large venues. Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.0, DVI-D, HDBaseT, 3G-SDI and 12V trigger, plus RS232 and RJ45 for full AV control integration. Buyers should budget separately for one of the seven compatible BX-CTA lens options, none of which ship with this unit.
