Description
The Sharp A175U-W is a high-brightness WUXGA 3LCD installation laser projector built for large venues such as auditoriums, houses of worship, museums and corporate atriums. It produces 16,000 lumens in normal mode (17,000 lumens centre) at native 1920x1200 resolution with a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 12-bit colour processing, plus HDR10 support over HDMI. A sealed, filter-free laser light engine rated for up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free running is paired with a choice of six motorized bayonet lenses (throw ratios from 0.53:1 to 7.5:1), wide motorized lens shift and geometric/edge-blending correction for multi-projector arrays. The lens is sold separately and must be selected and fitted to match the throw distance. Installation connectivity includes 3G-SDI, HDBaseT in/out and dual HDMI, with RS-232 and RJ45 LAN for centralised control and monitoring in professional AV deployments.
