Description
The ViewSonic ViewBoard IFP5541-1-1C is a 55-inch touch-enabled interactive flat panel from ViewSonic's ViewBoard range, built for classrooms and collaborative meeting spaces. The TFT LCD panel with DLED backlight delivers native 3840 x 2160 4K UHD resolution at 450 cd/m2 brightness and a 5000:1 contrast ratio (with DCR), with 1.07 billion colours across a 16:9 aspect ratio. Touch is handled by ViewSonic's Ultra Fine Touch Technology using infrared recognition, supporting up to 64 simultaneous touch points at 32767 x 32767 touch resolution with palm rejection, making it suitable for multi-user annotation and collaboration. It runs EDLA-certified Android 16 on an octa-core processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and includes a built-in 8-microphone array with echo cancellation alongside a 2.1-channel, 55W total speaker system (dual 20W front soundbar plus a 15W subwoofer). Connectivity includes three HDMI inputs, two USB-C ports (100W front, 15W rear), five USB-A ports, DisplayPort, dual RJ45 Ethernet, an SD card slot, RS-232 and an OPS slot for an optional Windows module. As an EDLA-certified device it is licensed for Google Mobile Services, so Play Store apps and Google Workspace tools install directly for education and corporate collaboration use.
