Description

The ZU500USTe is a WUXGA ultra short throw laser projector built for situations where a projector needs to sit just centimetres from the projection surface, such as shop windows, retail displays and digital signage. Its 0.253:1 throw ratio lets it produce an image greater than 100 inches from less than a metre away, and at only 5.8kg it's light enough for varied mounting positions. Powered by a long-lasting, low-maintenance DuraCore laser light source, the ZU500USTe is lamp-less and filter-free, reducing running costs and total cost of ownership over its working life. It supports 24/7 operation and flexible orientation, making it suitable for continuous signage use in portrait or landscape mounting. With 5,000 lumens of brightness, a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and WUXGA native resolution, the ZU500USTe balances image quality with the practicality of an ultra short throw, low-maintenance design aimed squarely at commercial signage and display applications rather than general meeting room use.
