Description
The BenQ LH850ST is a 1080p (1920x1080) laser short-throw projector delivering 4000 ANSI lumens, purpose-built for simulation training, interactive entertainment and commercial exhibition spaces. A 0.499 throw ratio lets it fill screens larger than 100 inches from just over a metre, keeping people and objects clear of the beam path and reducing shadowing in small, multi-projector rooms. A dual colour-wheel system with an additional yellow segment produces a precise RGBY colour spectrum, paired with a dedicated Simulation Mode that boosts colour intensity and visual clarity, and 3,000,000:1 contrast for strong image depth. The laser light source is rated at 20,000 hours in normal mode and up to 38,000 hours in eco mode. Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.0a inputs with HDCP2.2, LAN (RJ45), two USB Type-A ports, USB Mini-B and RS232, supporting both standalone and networked multi-unit installations. With 2D keystone correction (+/-30 degrees) and BenQ's colour calibration tools for multi-projector scenarios, the LH850ST is suited to simulation training rigs and immersive display walls, and is covered by BenQ's standard 3-year warranty.
Key features
A dual colour-wheel system with an added yellow segment and a dedicated Simulation Mode produce a precise, vivid colour spectrum tuned for immersive multi-projector content.
A 0.499 throw ratio fills screens over 100 inches from just over a metre away, keeping the beam path clear of people and objects in tight, multi-projector rooms.
A laser light source rated at 20,000 hours (normal) and up to 38,000 hours (eco) reduces maintenance versus lamp-based alternatives, backed by 3,000,000:1 contrast.
Dual HDMI 2.0a, LAN (RJ45), dual USB Type-A, USB Mini-B and RS232 support both local sources and coordinated control across multi-projector simulation installations.

| 150" | 3.32 m × 1.87 m | 1.7 m |
Planning from a real wall? Use the projector room planner to upload a photo, preview the image to scale and find projectors that fit within your maximum available space.
Distances are lens-to-screen, calculated from the manufacturer's stated throw ratio; allow for lens shift and mounting hardware. Always confirm against the manufacturer's installation guide before fixing mounts.
