Description
The Optoma W400LVe is designed for meeting rooms and classrooms, projecting bright, vibrant WXGA presentations effortlessly at any time of day. It offers amazing colour, a long lamp life across four lamp modes, and energy-saving features that lower the overall cost of ownership. The projector is easy to connect with HDMI, VGA and USB-A power outputs, a built-in 10W speaker and support for HDMI streaming dongles such as Google Chromecast, as well as laptops and Blu-ray players. It is portable and lightweight, so it can be installed permanently or taken on the move for off-site meetings with an optional carry bag. Convenience features include Direct Power On/Off, Quick Resume, Eco AV Mute and Auto Power Off, along with full 3D support, giving IT teams and educators a straightforward, low-maintenance projector for everyday use.

How far from the screen does the W400LVe need to be installed?
With a throw ratio of 1.55:1 to 1.73:1, a 100" WXGA (16:10) image roughly 2.15m wide needs the projector positioned around 3.3m to 3.7m from the screen. It supports a wide screen size range of 32.2" to 299.5" diagonal, with 1.1x manual zoom for fine-tuning.
How long does the lamp last?
Lamp life ranges from 6,000 hours in Bright mode up to 15,000 hours in Eco+ mode, with Dynamic (12,000hrs) and Eco (10,000hrs) modes in between, giving flexibility between brightness and running costs.
