Description
The Panasonic PT-VMQ75 is a compact 4K LCD projector using 2-axis Quad Pixel Drive pixel-shifting to display 3840 x 2400 resolution at 7,300 lm (ANSI), making it, at the time of its launch, one of the smallest and lightest 4K-class LCD projectors above 7,000 lm. At around 7.0 kg it sits between the PT-VMQ65 and PT-VMQ85 in Panasonic's VMQ85 series line-up. A 1.6x manual zoom lens (1.09-1.77:1 throw ratio) with wide-range lens shift (vertical +44%, horizontal +/-20%) gives installers flexibility to fit varied room layouts, and support for 21:9 widescreen content extends its use into simulator, control-room and visualisation applications. The laser light source is rated at approximately 20,000 hours in Normal mode. Connectivity includes two HDMI inputs, an HDMI loop-through output, 4K DIGITAL LINK over HDBaseT, dedicated LAN and USB Type-A, plus serial control for integration with room control systems. Data-cloning over LAN or USB simplifies configuring multiple units for identical multi-room or multi-bay installations.
