Description
The Barco I600-4K8 is a compact, lightweight 4K UHD projector delivering 8,000 ISO lumens of brightness from a single-chip DLP laser phosphor engine. Native resolution is 1,920 x 1,200 (WUXGA), with Barco's SuperShift pixel-shifting technology doubling this to a 3,840 x 2,400 4K UHD output for sharper, smoother images at low latency, running on the next-generation Barco Pulse electronics platform. An internally developed DynaBlack algorithm boosts contrast up to 20,000:1 for markedly deeper blacks, while the blue laser phosphor light source (rated up to 20,000 hours, or 30,000 hours in long-life mode) delivers exceptional color fidelity and image uniformity with P7 RealColor processing. The I600 platform supports a large fleet of swappable ILD lenses with throw ratios from 0.37:1 (ultra-short throw) to 7.4:1 long-throw, active stereoscopic and passive stereo 3D, and embedded warp & blend. Available in black or white chassis with an optional input slot for flexible connectivity, the I600-4K8 is fully integrated into Barco's Pulse ecosystem (Pulse Prospector, Pulse Mobile App, Pulse Toolset and Insights Management Suite) and is supported by Barco's swap-based service model and global support.
