Description
The BenQ GP500 combines a 4K LED smart projector with genuine home theatre sound, aiming to replace both the projector and speaker system in one unit. Its 4LED light source covers 90% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and 97% Rec.709, with a 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio for authentic digital cinema colour quality. A 360-degree sound field, driven by four 5W chamber speakers, lets the GP500 double as a Bluetooth speaker for music with balanced treble, mid and bass response even when not projecting. Android TV is built in for direct streaming, and intelligent installation features including auto focus, auto 2D keystone correction, screen fit and object avoidance simplify setup considerably. Three HDMI inputs, dual USB-A ports and support for up to 120Hz at lower resolutions round out a projector designed for flexible placement and long-term, maintenance-free use thanks to its LED light source.
