Description
The Panasonic PT-RQ25K delivers native 4K UHD imaging at 20,000 lm (21,000 lm centre) using Quad Pixel Drive across a 3-Chip DLP engine, aimed at flagship large-venue applications - conference centres, concerts, cinema and touring productions - where both resolution and brightness are critical. Panasonic markets the RQ25K/RZ24K platform as around 40% smaller and 35% lighter than the previous PT-RQ22K generation, in a body close in size to a 10,000 lm-class 1-Chip DLP unit. The projector is sold body only - lens not included - so it can be matched to Panasonic's full ET-D3LE lens range, from ultra-short-throw to long-throw zoom, and lenses can be shared across a mixed fleet of Panasonic 3-Chip DLP projectors. An Intel SDM expansion slot allows optional connectivity boards to be fitted for SDI, HDBaseT or other signal formats as needed. A hermetically sealed, liquid-cooled laser light source rated to approximately 20,000 hours, edge-blending, and powered lens shift support demanding multi-projector, 24/7 installations, while dual HDMI and DisplayPort inputs cover standard AV signal chains.
